Order Form Instructions: You may order my book, The Fake Rose & Sonny, from this site by printing out these instructions and the actual order form on the next page. I still use "snail mail" for ordering my books because I don't want to go to the time, trouble and expense of setting up a secure server and a business credit card account. This ultimately saves you money on my book but does slightly delay order and delivery. I think the lower cost justifies a little extra waiting time. Books are delivered via standard U.S. Book Rate Mail and are shipped once I have received your order and your check or money order has cleared my bank. To order, print out the order form, fill out the form (please print), make out your check or money order for the correct amount payable to Shirley R. Morgan, then mail the completed order form along with your check or money order to:
